This handrail exceeded my expectations. It is very carefully constructed and finished, and a nice addition to my home. I did need a hammer drill to properly drill into brick for the installation. Overall, a great rail.

Easy installation by ourselves. No need to call a handyman. All hardware and instructions were included for masonry. This handrail has made it possible for elderly visitors to walk safely up the stairs to the front door.
Looks great; will keep me safer on my stairs. There was a week-long delay in the initial shipping and slow response to inquiry emails, but eventually the customer service staff got back to me and got the handrail on its way.
