Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number for proof of purchase. We do not accept returns from retailers like Home Depot, Wayfair, or Amazon.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We will not receive a full refund to account for the damage.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 days for a refund to show; if you don't see the refund, please get in touch with your bank first and then contact us.
