This is my second purchase. The first were handrails and supports. That purchase could be described as solid, heavy, forged like things used to be made. The most recent purchase were the hooks that were hand forged, look great and so much nicer than cheap glossy hardware.
This handrail is strong and very well made, not just decorative. As I glide my hand along the top of the rail I feel the craftswomanship, and that gives me confidence that if I ever grab this rail in a fall it will securely hold me!
The whole process was easy and when I had questions the owner personally answered me! The rail is beautiful and well crafted! Can’t wait to install for our customers !
